Overview
ResourcesUS is a refinery for tokenized stocks. You bring the tokenized shares you already hold on Robinhood's chain, fuse a set of them into a single token, a ATF, and later split that ATF back into the exact stocks inside it, one-to-one, whenever you want.
Think of it as a basket you assemble and disassemble yourself, on-chain, with no lockup and no exit fee.
Materials
A material is a tokenized stock, AAPL, TSLA, SPY, and the rest of the list on Pons. Materials are the raw input to the refinery. Nothing about them changes; the refinery just holds them while they're inside an ATF.
Recipes & ATFs
A recipe is a fixed formula, published on-chain. For example the Magnificent Ingot is 0.18 AAPL + 0.16 MSFT + … + 0.12 TSLA.
A ATF is the single token you get when you forge to a recipe. It's an ordinary token, hold it, send it, trade it, but it carries its whole basket with it. Browse the published ATFs or cast your own.
Forging
Deposit the recipe's materials
Supply the tokenized stocks the recipe calls for, in the right amounts.
Receive one ATF
The refinery locks the materials and mints a single ATF token to your wallet.
The protocol takes its cut when you forge, never when you melt.
Melting
Melting burns the ATF and returns the exact stocks inside it to your wallet, one-to-one, instantly. There's no schedule, no vesting, and no spread on the way out.
An ATF is nothing but the stocks locked inside it. The refinery never holds anything else, so there is always exactly enough to give back. Reversible by construction, not by promise.
Where an ATF's value comes from
An ATF is worth the market value of the stocks locked inside it, no more, no less. It can't drift far from that backing:
- If the ATF trades above its contents, people forge new ones and sell.
- If it trades below, people buy and melt for the cheaper stocks.
That forge/melt arbitrage pins the price to the backing. There's no premium and no yield, an ATF is a wrapper, not a new asset.
Launching on Pons
The ResourcesUS token launches on Pons, the launchpad on Robinhood's chain. The chain is where your tokenized stocks already live; Pons is the go-to-market. Materials and ATFs are all on-chain tokens.
FAQ
Do I lose value when I melt?+
No, melting returns 100% of the underlying stock tokens. The fee is charged at forge time only.
Is my basket locked up?+
Never. ATFs aren't staked or vested. Melt the moment you want your stocks back.
Which stocks can I use?+
Any tokenized stock listed as a material on Pons / Robinhood's chain.
What does "Press R" mean?+
R is the refine hotkey, it fires the furnace. Try it in the live terminal.
Is the refinery custodial?+
No. It only ever holds the materials locked inside outstanding ATFs, and those are redeemable by melting at any time.
