Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 September 2026
ResourcesUS is experimental software for interacting with tokenized assets on a public blockchain. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Use it only if you understand the risks.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or the ResourcesUS protocol (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

ResourcesUS lets you combine tokenized stock assets into a single token ("good") and later redeem ("melt") that token back into its underlying assets. The Service is non-custodial: it holds only the assets locked inside outstanding goods, which are redeemable by the holder.

3. No advice; no solicitation

The Service does not provide advice and does not recommend any asset, basket, or transaction. Any figures, recipes, or examples are illustrative only. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Risk

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Token prices are volatile and may go to zero. Tokenized assets may not perfectly track the securities they reference and may carry issuer, custodial, regulatory, and liquidity risk. You may lose the entire value of assets you commit.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the contributors to ResourcesUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Eligibility & compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including securities and tax laws in your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the project's public channels.
